We carefully locate every value add opportunity that a property has during the Due Diligence period of our process. During our Value Add period, we move our team of highly skilled, licensed and insured contractors and tradesman into place to make the necessary renovations. This brings outdated properties up to current market value and standards. It also accommodates a more modern lifestyle for it's tenants and improves the communities, all while assuring the highest possible gain for our investors and our firm.
Our firm takes great measures to assure that our investors interests are greatly secured. We have in place the finest financial and legal team to oversee each one of our investments from the beginning to the end. Our firm also insures that each property has the highest quality of management in place to oversee the care and maintenance of the property and overall satisfaction of its tenants.
Our firm plans the entry and exit points of each investment from the beginning of our process.
